Comments and Complaints

Please use the following form to submit comments, suggestions, or complaints. All complaints will be forwarded through the A.C.O.R.N. Neighborhood Association to the appropriate city representatives for processing.
If you wish to remain anonymous in forwarded complaints, please still include your name and address for A.C.O.R.N. reference. Make a note of your wish for anonymity with your comments, and we will submit your complaints under the name of the A.C.O.R.N. Neighborhood Association.
